Energy Industry Information Reporting Program

The Energy Industry Information Reporting Program (EIIRP) aims to monitor and report on various aspects of the energy industry in Hawaii. The Hawaii State Energy Office (HSEO) had reached out to industry in 2022 to look for ways to improve the EIIRP reporting process. HSEO has worked closely with READ in implementing these changes and is introduced a new EIIRP submission process and streamlined forms in July 2024 that enhance the State’s accuracy in managing fuel-related data and in turn, elevate the State’s situational awareness of the fuel market.

Project Development Center and Tools

The Hawai‘i State Energy Office provides information and tools to assist all stakeholders engaged in the development of renewable energy projects in Hawai‘i. The tools and resources support informed decision-making early in the project design and planning phases.
