Public Hearing – HECO Application for Approval to Construct An Above Ground 46 kV Line Extension

The STATE OF HAWAII PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION (“Commission”),
pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes §§ 269-27.5 and 269-27.6(a), HEREBY GIVES
NOTICE that it will hold a virtual public hearing relating to the Application of
Hawaiian Electric Company, Inc. (“HECO”), filed on September 15, 2020, as it relates to
HECO’s request for Commission approval to construct a 46 kilovolt (“kV”) line extension
(the “Project”) above the surface of the ground along Waianae Valley Road on the
island of Oahu. The public hearing will be held as follows: Tuesday, August 30, 2022,
at 5:30 p.m. All interested parties may attend the public hearing as follows:
